Watsonville, CA – Or more accurately, the Fairgrounds is getting unwired.  Doron Brenner, the Fair’s IT Manager, explains “A new Wi-Fi network is being built out to cover all of the main buildings and much of the outdoor area.  Fairgoers will be able to log in and check Facebook, the Fair schedule, their email or anything else they normally do when connected.”

The upgraded internet access will be available to guests at no charge and is part of the improvements being made throughout the grounds to infrastructure, buildings and equipment.

Watsonville, CA – The driving force behind this year’s Santa Cruz County Fair is “New, interesting and innovative” explained Fair Manager Dave Kegebein.  “It looks like we may have achieved our goal” he added.

While keeping everything Fairgoers most love about the Fair, a long list of new attractions has been added.  “We’ve got everything from racing turkeys to camel rides to valet parking, it’s going to be quite a Fair” promises Kegebein.
