Items should be delivered to the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds on Thursday, September 7, 4-6 pm or Friday, September 8 from 4-6 pm. Different delivery times can be arranged upon request. Contact Mary at (831) 761-9206.

All displayed items and decorations must be picked up on Monday, September 18, 2023, Noon to 7 PM. Fair is not responsible for items left after 7 PM.

Space will be limited; however we will make every effort to display all entries. If space does become an issue, entries will be accepted based on when they are received. You will be notified via e-mail if we are not able to accommodate your entry.
