Panels are limited, so apply early.

Rules:

• Panels need to illustrate the Santa Cruz County Fair theme.
• We ask that these panels not be used to advertise. Let your students’ work be your best advertisement.
• Panels are 8 ft. tall and 4 ft. wide. Work can be put on 4’ x 8’ paper, which makes it easier to set up.
• Please note that if items are not firmly attached to the panel, decorations will not be considered part of the panel and may even be removed prior to judging.

Delivery/Set Up: Items should be delivered to the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds by appointment. Please call to arrange a date and time that works best for you.

Closing Date: Please complete the application by Thursday, August 27, 2026.

Attention: Space is limited; entries will be accepted based on when they are received. You will be notified via e-mail if we are unable to accommodate your entry.

Release Date: All items displayed and decorations must be picked up on Monday, September 21, 2026, 11PM to 6PM. Fair is not responsible for items left after 6 PM.
