Look no further, Michael Bethke is the man with a plan. The day after the Santa Cruz County Fair ended in September, Bethke did a full assessment of the annual event, which saw upward of 70,000 visitors in 2010. The attendance nearly broke records, but Bethke had already settled on a new goal: 100,000 attendees the following year.
