Community Rate
i.e. Weddings, Quinceanera, Non-Profit Event, etc.
  • $1,200 Rental includes 40 tables, 400 chairs, 1 bar, 1 stage.
    Building overtime is charged at $100 per hour starting at 15 minutes after the beginning of each hour.
  • $2,000 w/Kitchen   plus other fees as stated above
  • $600 Event Staffing and Janitorial Service
  • $500 Damage/reimbursable charges
  • $150 In-house sound system
  • $250 Move In/Out; set up/break down fee
Commercial Rate:
i.e. Dances, Craft Fairs, Concerts, Computer or Home Show, etc
  • $1,500 Guarantee or 10% gross admissions whichever is greater
  • $2,300 w/Kitchen plus other fees as stated above
  • $700 Damage/reimbursable charges
  • $600 Event Staffing and Janitorial Service
  • $200 In-house sound system
  • $500 Food Sales per Booth
  • $2 Parking Fee
  • $20 Parking per RV per night where applicable
  • $300 Move In/Out; set up/break down fee

Grange Hall for meetings only $250 per day

Sound System - Harvest, Crosetti or Arts Building 200 per day 150 per day non-profit

Box Office, with telephone line $200/day
Dressing Rooms $50 per room per day

THE ASSOCIATION'S ALCOHOL CONCESSIONAIRE TO SERVE, PROVIDE ALCOHOL FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, QUENCEANERAS, CONCERTS, ETC. NO ALCOHOL TO BE BROUGHT ONTO FAIRGROUNDS. IF FOUND, $250.00 FINE. ADDITIONALLY, FAIRGROUNDS SECURITY GUARDS AND FAIR STAFF ARE REQUIRED WHERE APPLICABLE.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS AND ALCOHOL LIABILITY INSURANCE WHERE APPLICABLE.
