Community Rate
i.e. Weddings, Quinceanera, Non-Profit Event, etc.
  • $700 Rental includes 25 tables, 200 chairs, 1 bar, 1 3 ft. stage.
  • $500 Event Staffing and Janitorial Service
  • $500 Damage/reimbursable charges
  • $150 In-house sound system
  • $100 Move In/Out; set up/break down fee
Commercial Rate:
i.e. Dances, Craft Fairs, Concerts, Computer or Home Show, etc
  • $850 Guarantee or 10% gross admissions whichever is greater
  • $500 Event Staffing and Janitorial Service
  • $700 Damage/reimbursable charges
  • $200 In-house sound system
  • $300 Food Sales per Booth
  • $2 Parking Fee
  • $20 Parking per RV per night where applicable
  • $125 Move In/Out; set up/break down fee

Upper Picnic Grounds $189 per day
Grange Hall for meetings only $250 per day

Sound System - Harvest, Crosetti or Arts Building 200 per day 150 per day non-profit

Dressing Rooms $50 per room per day

THE ASSOCIATION'S ALCOHOL CONCESSIONAIRE TO SERVE, PROVIDE ALCOHOL FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, QUENCEANERAS, CONCERTS, ETC. NO ALCOHOL TO BE BROUGHT ONTO FAIRGROUNDS. IF FOUND, $250.00 FINE. ADDITIONALLY, FAIRGROUNDS SECURITY GUARDS AND FAIR STAFF ARE REQUIRED WHERE APPLICABLE.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS AND ALCOHOL LIABILITY INSURANCE WHERE APPLICABLE.
