Interested in being an exhibitor for the 2008 Santa Cruz County Fair?

The 2007 fair saw total attendance of 69,585 (2,000 over 2006 and 4,000 over 2005.) The Board of Directors, Staff, many volunteers and myself are striving to increase Fairgoers even more in 2008 to enjoy all the great wares you provide during their visit and we want to help ensure a successful Fair for you as our Partners and potential Partner. The attendance increase is due, in part, to the addition of Ocean Speedway Auto Races Saturday and Sunday; Boot Camp; and the 1st Annual Santa Cruz County Fair Idol Contest. All will return for your 2008 Fair.

Booths are priced in 10x10 increments @$55.00 per 10 feet.
EXAMPLE:
10 X 10 - $550.00
20 X 10 - $1,100.00
Corner spaces are an additional $100

30 daily passes are included with each Booth Space:
Exception 20x10, 45 daily passes.
Up to 30 additional passes may be purchased at $5.00 each.

FAIR HOURS:
Tuesday, September 9th – 12 noon-11 pm
Wednesday, September 10th – 12 noon-11 pm
Thursday, September 11th – 12 noon-11 pm
Friday, September 12th – 12 noon-11 pm
Saturday, September 13th – 10 AM-11 pm
Sunday, September 14th – 10 AM-10 pm
Important - Booths must be manned all hours of your fair.

Public Liability Insurance totaling $1,000,000.00 is required naming us as additional insureds. You may obtain your own and the Fair has access through California Fairs Service Authority (CFSA) for a total fee of $90.00, which must be in the form of a Money Order or Certified Check.

Please Note: Submitting an Application does not guarantee space at the Fair, and the 2008 Exhibitor Handbook (Addendum A) will become a part of your Agreement, once accepted.
